Previously available only for renters, the former carriage house went up for rent at $45,000 a month late last year. The 153-year-old house still boasts its classic brick facade but has been modernized inside, with three gas fireplaces, double-height ceilings, and a garage and pool. The garden level houses the pool, gym and a backyard, while the second floor features the living room, dining room and a bedroom. The third floor is home to the primary bedroom, terrace, and a separate bedroom. The house is listed by Laurence Carty, Irene Lo and Jennifer Rahilly of the Corcoran Group.
